Mentorship
Shaping the Leaders of Tomorrow.
Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust · Young Leaders Mentoring Programme
There is another way to create change:
Share what you have learned.
Through the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust’s Young Leaders Mentoring Programme, our mentoring work with the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg, and our association with Teach For India’s Bangalore chapter, we have had the opportunity to engage with young leaders, students, entrepreneurs and emerging changemakers.
Among them, Aditya Kulkarni, now CEO of CareMother, one of the mentees carried forward from that programme.
The objective has never been to tell the next generation what to do.
It is to help them ask better questions, think more boldly and build with purpose.
Experience becomes meaningful when it is passed forward.
